Pastor Charles Kramer was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He attended St. Paul Lutheran elementary school and Concordia Lutheran High School.  His secondary education included Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan - Concordia College in Seward, Nebraska and Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.  He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2002.

     Pastor Kramer began his ministries at St. Paul as a Day School teaching Fifth Grade for nine years.  He was ordained and installed as Associate Pastor in 2002.

     Pastor Kramer is married to wife Pat and have three children:  Karl (Jessica), Kurtis (Amy), and Sarah.  They also have four grandchildren:  Constance, Zebediah, Adalia, and Zechariah.
