Terri grew up in Bluffton, Ohio where she graduated from high school. Her two college degrees came from Lima Technical College. Her two majors were Executive/Legal Secretarial and Office Management.
She moved to Napoleon when she married Dan Baer, who is a guidance counselor at Napoleon High School. Terri became a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church upon completing the new member class in 2003. St. Paul has become her home. Terri is active in the Stephen Ministry, LWML, and Bell Choir. She subbed in the school cafeteria for three years until she was asked to fill the Head Cook position. She is loving every minute of it.
